Polyamide Acetone ON-OFF knob Product Information
BLUGAZ compact Coupling 202 is designed for using with compact-type valve to adapt Ø20-mm outlet to 1/8”28 female type brass connection.
ON-OFF mechanism is controlled by its handy knob, made of Polyamide Acetone material.
Its double sealing element is made of NBR Orings, ideal for -20°C to 50°C working temperature range.
Installation
Remove packaging and check for cleanliness, abnormality, such as broken threads or distortion. Contact local distributor if there is any presence of abnormality.
Make sure that all taps of the consuming appliances are closed.
Connecting hose to the gas appliances is corrected fitted onto its brass connector.
Turn the ON-OFF knob to OFF position where the arrow engraved on the knob is pointing downwards or opposite to its brass connector.
Mount it onto the valve and push down vertically.
To secure it locking onto the valve, turn the ONOFF knob clockwise until the arrow is at horizontal position.
Never mount or dismount it when the ON-OFF knob is not in OFF position.
To supply gas, turn the ON-OFF knob clockwise until the arrow engraved on the knob pointing upwards or at vertical position. To shut off the gas supply, reverse the procedure.
Warning!
Coupling to its “ON” position, it means that it is not correctly mounted onto the valve. DO NOT force the knob to open, but restart the installation instruction
Compact Coupling is never to be left on the cylinder without being connected to the appliances.
Maintenance is not recommended, except cleaning with soapy water and checking for leakage.
