BLUGAZ check valve 101 is designed for using with LPG supplied gas systems operating at pressure of no more than 45 bar and for the range of working temperature of 20°C to 40°C.

Installation
Remove packaging and check for cleanliness, abnormality, such as broken threads or distortion Contact local distributor if there is any presence of abnormality
Apply a suitable sealant on threads, such as PTFE, prior to connection
Use correct size socket or spanner (22-mm hexagon) to tighten or untighten to avoid damaging the valve during tightening
Do not exceed 28 Nm torque
After torque force has been reached, apply soapy water onto the threaded joint to check for leakage
Warning!
Use on connectors with ¼” - 19 PT ONLY
Excessive torque force may cause damage of threads
Maintenance is not recommended, except cleaning with soapy water and checking for leakage
